Shipping, Payment & Returns Policy Information

All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fremont, California, USA. Orders are shipped via UPS, US Mail or freight carrier for large orders. We try to ship most orders received within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be e-mailed your tracking number.

Payment Information

We accept payment by all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

For payments made using credit card, we do NOT charge your card immediately during the payment and checkout process. Your information is taken securely. We charge your card when your order is ready for shipping.

Most of the orders shipped within USA and Canada are via UPS or US Mail. US mail offers  flat rate priority mail box options that we have found to be timely and cost effective for shipping. There are 3 categories of flat rate boxes – small, medium and large. If your order  can fit into this box then we will use this box for shipping the product to you.

Returns Policy

We know that in some cases you may want to return the product. We will gladly accept our products back if they are not damaged and are in good condition. Because of the time and expense involved in shipping packages we will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. There are no refunds on shipping charges for returns. Please review the product information carefully before ordering. If you have questions please call and inquire before ordering.

We take great care in packaging our products. All packages are inspected before dispatching. If the package is damaged during shipment, which is rare, the damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival. If the package is damaged, please inform your carrier (UPS, US Mail or local mail service) immediately. If the package is damaged during shipping, the shipping carrier is usually responsible.  If you need to return a product, please inform us within 15 days of receipt of product.  We reserve the right to refuse refunds and returns after 15 days.
